Anita Winter joined Your Wellness Connection because of its phenomenal opportunity to connect and inspire people to live well – and let’s face it, Dr. Michelle Robin. Anita is an original “Dotte”, born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas. She has a passion to be at the heartbeat of a business, which is why she attended Baker University to earn a Bachelor’s degree in business management. Anita loves building her relationships – whether they are clients, friends, relatives, or animals. Relationships play a significant role in her well-being as they are what fuels her and creates a happy and healthy life. She loves being best friends with her two adult kiddos, especially when they get to spend time together on her screened-in porch during the warmer months. You may occasionally see her dog, Maggie, at the center walking around, making clients smile. Most people are surprised to learn that she owns a 1976 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. She loves hot rods!
Susan Brown joined Your Wellness Connection in 2001 because she wanted to work somewhere that made a difference in the world – and this was the perfect place. She was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, where she later attended college for nursing, chiropractic assistant certification, and radiology certification. Some of her favorite things to do are traveling, reading, and shopping, but most of all, hanging out with her family because they laugh and love well. A fun fact about her: She won 5th place in a softball throw in elementary school and says that’s about the extent of her athletic abilities.
Zealia Kleitz joined Your Wellness Connection after a friend recommended her for the job. Between the calming environment and getting to welcome clients as they arrived, she knew this was a place she wanted to stay. She loves seeing each client feel empowered and encouraged to take their well-being into their own hands, especially with all the amazing resources the center gives them. Zealia grew up in Osawatomia, Kansas. She earned her Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science. When she’s not at the center, she loves to play volleyball, read, create things, hangout with family and friends, and go on walks with her dog, Tula.
