At the heart of Tana’s philosophy is the belief that the sun, nutrition, and the lymphatic system play a pivotal role in skincare and immunity. Using plant-based products, she enhances the natural synergy between skin and nature, encouraging others to embrace the sun’s nourishing properties for radiant skin and overall vitality.

Having spent over 20 years navigating chronic illness, Tana has learned firsthand how to support and heal the body from within. In the Summer of 2025, she will begin instructor training in the Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage method, further deepening her expertise in this specialized technique. A published author, her work is featured in Spa Diaries: InSPArational Stories of Spa & Beauty Professionals, where she offers real-life inspiration, lessons learned, and motivation to keep going no matter what challenges arise.

When she’s not caring for clients, Tana enjoys spending time with her husband and their English Bulldogs, playing her electric bass guitar and Hammond organ, and growing her own food.
